ABOUT US

Ingenuity Coffee was established in 2015 and is headquartered in Guangzhou. This year marks our 10th anniversary.

We specialize in the trade of specialty coffee green beans, sourcing high-quality green coffee beans directly from the top ten corecoffee origins around the world. In August 2024, we officially set up the Ingenuity Coffee Academy, offering a one-stop course system that includes green coffee bean quality control, sensory evaluation, and roasting techniques.

The brand name "印格" is derived from the English word "INGENUITY," which embodies the spirit of "fearlessness in the face of difficulties and a pursuit of innovation."

We have always been committed to serving as a bridge between coffee farmers at the origin and roasters. At the same time, we share the touching stories of the coffee farmers' dedication to quality behind every coffee bean, and convey the local culture and the craftsmanship of the growers.

SAMPLE ROASTING

Sample roasting is conducted by various roasting machines such as Giesen, Yang-Chia and Ikawa, in order to have an in-depth study of flavor characteristics.

CLIENTS

Our academy has a total area of 330 square meters. It is equipped with several professional roasting machines and has a dedicated red light cupping room. The academy can accommodate 50 to 80 people and holds the Q Professional Venue certification.
